For Employers

1) Consultancy & assistance in all legal aspects of personnel management.

In particular:

  • Legal advice and assistance on all aspects of employment contracts (drafting of employment contracts, disciplinary actions, transfers, changes in job description & level, dismissal etc.).
  • Updating of Personnel Managers on legislation and the principal new administrative & legal developments relating to employment.
  • Opinions on specific issues raised by an employer or on aspects of law or contract of difficult interpretation.
  • In house professional training in labour law for middle managers and technicians.
  • Company reorganization.

2) Advice and assistance on legal and administrative aspects of agency, “Project”, “Continuous Coordinated” and autonomous professional relationships.

3) Advice and assistance on all aspects of human resource management (pay policy, employee benefits, employment procedures and policies, disciplinary codes, bonus schemes, outsourcing and restructuring processes, employee related due diligence etc.).

4) Advise and assistance in trade unions relationships and negotiations (Internal Labour Contracts, formal consultation procedures, disputes etc).

5) Legal assistance and representation in front of Public Labour Offices (Direzione Provinciale del Lavoro).

6) Legal assistance and representation in arbitration and employment litigation before Courts and the Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).

For Employees (Senior & middle management)

1) Legal advice and assistance on all aspects of employment or professional contracts (drawing up of employment contracts, contestation of disciplinary sanctions, transfers, changes of job, dismissal etc.).

2) Legal assistance and representation in front of public labour offices (Direzione Provinciale del Lavoro).

3) Employment litigation.
