GIULIANO BOARETTO
Born in Milan in 1929, Giuliano Boaretto is a lawyer since 1959.
He is admitted to the Italian High Court (Corte Suprema di Cassazione). Since 1970 he has dedicated his professional activity to Labour and Employment Law, with special reference to executives, on which subject he has written many articles and commentaries for the principal Italian legal publishers.
He is an appreciated expert on philosophy and politics of law.

STEFANO BARTALOTTA
Born in Milan in 1963, he graduated form the Catholic University of Milan in 1987 with a thesis in Labour Law about “subordination in the relationship of employment”.
Enrolled in the Bar Association of Milan since 1991, he is eligible for legal aid before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
He carries out consultancy and assistance for Italian and foreign companies as well as for executives and business cadres in the field of Labour Law and Social Security.
Since 2007 he is a professor of the second level Master in Labour Law and Industrial Relations at the University of Milan. He was a professor of Labour Law Contracts in the same university and professor at the School of Specialization for Legal Professionals. He was also professor of the Master of Work Advisory and Personnel Director of the Catholic University of Milan.
He published numerous articles and sentenced notes on major Italian jurisprudential journals. Since its foundation he is partner of the Association of Italian Labour Lawyers (AGI).

CLAUDIA DE BERNARDI
Born in Milan in 1963, she graduated from the University of Milan with a thesis in Tax Law on “The unjust in tax matters”. She graduated form a postgraduate degree in Labour Law for the University of Milan.
She is enrolled in the Bar Association of Milan since 1992.
She works in Labour Law, conducting forensic and legal advisory activities in favour of Italian and foreign workers and companies providing specialized assistance to professionals who do not normally handle these matters.
For many years she has been dealing with managerial staff work relationships (executives and business cadres). She has a consolidated relationship of consulting and collaboration with Manageritalia – association of executives, cadres and professionals of commerce, transport, tourism, services and advanced tertiary services – and with the association Alumnimip of the MIP of the Politecnico of Milan.
Since its foundation he is partner of the Association of Italian Labour Lawyers (AGI).

Born in Milan in 1967, she graduated in law at the University of Milan in 1993 with a thesis in Industrial Law.
She graduated form a postgraduate degree in Labour Law for the University of Milan.
She is enrolled in the Bar Association of Milan.
She began her professional career in a primary law firm in Novara which specializes in Labour Law from 1993 to 1997, year in which she entered the Boaretto Bartalotta De Bernardi Law Firm.
She is partner of the Association of Italian Labour Lawyers (AGI).

LORENZO PETROSILLO
Born in Brindisi in 1972, he graduated in law at the University of Milan in 1996 with a thesis on the History of Italian law which was later published by Giuffrè publisher in 1999.
In 2011 he also obtained a Master’s Degree in History at the University of Milan.
He is author of publications and lecturer of conferences on legal and historical issues.
He is enrolled in the Bar Association of Milan since 1998.

ROBERTO PATANE’
Born in Milan in 1969 he graduated in law at the University of Milan in 1996 with a thesis in Criminal Law.
He began his professional activity first in the business sector to then join the Boaretto Bartalotta De Bernardi Law Firm in 2001.
He is enrolled in the Bar Association of Milan.

PATRIZIA PIERLEONI
Born in Milan in 1976, she graduated in law at the University of Milan in 2003 with a thesis in Labour Law on “The disciplinary power over executives”.
She obtained a postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration at the Catholic University of Milan.
Immediately after graduation she started her professional career as a member of the Boaretto Bartalotta De Bernardi Firm, where she still carries out her professional activity.
She is enrolled in the Bar Association of Milan.

MANUELA SCHEMBRI
Born in Vittoria RG in 1976 she graduated in law at the University of Catania with a thesis in Labour Law on “Outsourcing processes in the enterprise”.
She holds a postgraduate diploma form the School of High Specialization of Labour Law of the AGI (Association of Italian Labour Lawyers), of which she is partner.
She joined the firm in 2013 after practicing in the Labour law department of a law firm of Anglo-German matrix in Milan.
She is enrolled in the Bar Association of Milan since 2006.
